FashionUnited is seeking a Client Service Associate (Part-Time) based in Dubai to deliver a seamless after-sales experience for Cartier. This role is for UAE Nationals and involves supporting clients throughout their service journey while ensuring excellence and satisfaction.

You will be the main point of contact for service inquiries, guiding clients through processes, and providing exceptional support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, with strong communication skills and a passion for luxury.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client service, preferably in luxury.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional after-sales service to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries.
• Guide clients through repair and service processes.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable using systems and tools (MS Office, CRM)

As an ambassador of the Maison, you will support clients throughout their service journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Cartier’s standards of excellence. What Will Be Your Mission?

• Provide exceptional after‑sales service and support to clients
• Act as the main point of contact for service‑related inquiries
• Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care
• Monitor service files and ensure timely follow‑up and communication
• Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience
• Contribute to client satisfaction and after‑sales performance

Part‑Time Contract

Part‑time permanent role with a structured compensation package, including commission and bonus.
