- Excellent communication skills – able to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and real estate.
- Previous Dubai real estate experience is preferred.
