Betterhomes in Dubai seeks Sales and Leasing Real Estate Agents to join a high performing team. You will work with top agents and leverage the strongest lead flow to close deals and lease properties.

The role rewards a proactive, client-focused professional with excellent English, strong negotiation skills and a valid driving license. Comprehensive training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing environment such as Real Estate or Luxury services.
• Fluent in English to communicate with clients and teams.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

• Have a minimum 1 year sales experience in a high performing sales environment - Real Estate, Car sales, Recruitment etc OR have worked in a high-end service industry such as Cabin Crew or Luxury Retail
• Be fluent in English
• Have a valid driving license
• Have a proactive can-do attitude
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive yet supportive environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• You will be resilient and have a passion for delivering results while also building lasting relationships with clients
