Responsibilities

• Interface between customer and project team; manage information requests and resolve issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and inform customer of project progress; negotiate changes.
• Present project plans, roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Handle complex medium-term project processes with client-specific customization.
• Liaise with key business-unit clients and multiple stakeholders on contract matters.
