Job summary

Binance is seeking a Payments Investigator in Dubai to address complex payment issues across transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and refunds. You will work as an individual contributor with rotating/night shifts, collaborating with payment providers and banking partners to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in payment investigations within fintech, crypto, PSP, or banking environments and strong communication skills to articulate findings and drive resolutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in payment investigations or related fintech roles.
• Experience with payment providers or banking partners.
• Strong communication and investigative skills.
• Willing to work rotating/night shifts.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, PSP, e-wallet, or banking operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate payment issues across transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and returns.
• Coordinate with payment providers and banking partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Work as an individual contributor to identify drivers of payment problems.
• Communicate findings and actions clearly to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of payment operations.
