Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, management reports, and ensuring tax filings comply with regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, possess relevant qualifications like ACCA or CPA, and have at least 5 years of financial management experience. Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Management Reporting: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports to provide insights into financial performance, trends, and variances.
• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities, including FATCA/CRS.
• Reconciliations: Oversee the reconciliation process for all financial accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Tax Filings: Prepare and file all VAT and Corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Budgets and Forecasts: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate financial projections and analysis to support business decisions.
• Internal Controls: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of strong internal controls over financial reporting and operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, tax, legal, and operations to support business goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certifications: ACCA, CPA, ACA, or CFA qualification is preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, reporting, and analysis
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS reporting standards, tax regulations, and compliance
• Proficient in financial software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Personality: Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. A strong focus on process improvement and continuous learning
