Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Principal Investigators to ensure progress toward project objectives and timelines.
• Supervise a team of full-time cleaning operatives and maintain aesthetics while minimizing disruption.
• Review scope of work and schedules to reflect costs and timelines accurately.
• Organize workload with ACM to ensure even distribution of tasks.
• Identify client requirements through meetings and site visits.

Job description

Work with the Principal Investigators to ensure progress toward objectives, tasks, and timelines based upon goals and objectives of the project. Manage the work of a team of full-time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption. Review scope of work, schedules to ensure that they accurately reflect the jobs cost & schedule. Organize the workload of the team in coordination with the ACM, ensuring an even distribution of work. Identify and anticipates client/customer requirements, expectations and needs by conducting personal meetings and regular site visits. Coordinate with internal & external resources including department, vendors, if any, as required to meet the assigned job’s operational needs. Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard required by the Client. Ensure that the site’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times.

Required Skills

• Good communication Skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
• Must have Good computer Skills and telephone etiquettes.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience with minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• UAE Driving license required.
• Good leadership abilities concerning team initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have a good understanding of and experience with business operations in the Facilities management and/or cleaning industry.
• Good communication skills, team management skill and the ability to work independently are all essential to this role.
• The following skill set will need to be demonstrated: Planned periodic maintenance, staff management, asset life cycles, maintenance scheduling, and a full knowledge of all health and safety regulations including safe use of hazardous chemicals.
