Trueline Immigration Consultant in Dubai seeks a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, assign duties, and ensure schedules are met. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on team management to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring productivity, handling equipment and chemicals safely, keeping inventory, and reporting on performance and inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping or facilities management is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar role.
• Experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Allocate duties to cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to company standards and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping and cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staff productivity.

• Address client concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and site inspections.
