Job summary

Remah Alkhair Contracting LLC seeks a Cladding & Aluminium Fitter (On Site) for full-time work in Dubai. You will measure, prepare, and install aluminium frames, ACP cladding panels, facades and related architectural elements according to project drawings and specifications.

You'll read technical drawings, coordinate with site supervisors and other trades, and use hand and power tools to ensure proper alignment, structural stability, and high-quality finishes while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in aluminium fabrication and installation.
• Hands-on ACP cladding fitting and panel alignment to architectural standards.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specs.
• Proficient with hand and power tools for cutting, drilling, fixing and assembling aluminium components.
• Strong site safety knowledge and PPE usage.
• Experience on residential/commercial/facade construction projects is preferred.

Role Description

The Cladding & Aluminium Fitter (on Site) is a full-time role based on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves measuring, preparing, and installing aluminium frames, ACP cladding panels, facades, louvers, and related architectural elements in accordance with project drawings and specifications. The fitter will handle cutting, drilling, fixing, and sealing materials, ensuring proper alignment, structural stability, and high-quality finishes. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with site supervisors and other trades, following safety procedures, and using hand and power tools for installation work. The role also involves assisting with repair, replacement, and rectification works, identifying defects or leakage points, and ensuring that completed installations meet quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in aluminium fabrication and installation, including windows, doors, frames, and façade systems.


• Hands-on expertise in ACP cladding fitting, panel alignment, joint sealing, and finishing to architectural standards.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications for on-site installation work.


• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely for cutting, drilling, fixing, and assembling aluminium and cladding components.


• Strong understanding of site safety practices, use of PPE, and adherence to company and regulatory safety guidelines.


• Prior experience working on construction or façade projects in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.


• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, engineers, and other site personnel.


• Physical ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, and in outdoor conditions as required by project demands.
