Job summary

Parsons in Dubai is seeking a qualified Civil / Utility Inspector to ensure compliance with project specifications for infrastructure works. Your role will include conducting inspections, performing tests, and supervising installations to guarantee quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision of infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Proven track record on major roads, highways, and municipal infrastructure projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of testing methods, materials specifications, and inspection procedures.
• Effective written and spoken communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and field tests to verify compliance with project drawings.
• Perform civil and structural tests such as soil compaction and concrete slump.
• Supervise underground utility installation works for proper bedding.
• Inspect piling works to confirm location and bearing capacity.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality control documentation.
