Job summary

Wood is seeking a Civil/Structural design specialist to provide technical expertise and ensure compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality engineering designs within project timeframes.

You will coordinate with EPC Contractors and multidisciplinary teams across IPMT, ADNOC Engineering/Operation, and site interfaces to resolve complex technical issues and uphold integrity of the design.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in Civil and Structural design.
• Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate, monitor and handle Civil and Structural design with EPC Contractor within project timeframe.
• Work with IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity.
• Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Civil and Structural Engineering deliverables, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.

• Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
• Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Civil and Structural Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
