Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced Lead Civil Engineer to drive multidiscipline engineering for a major Oil & Gas EPC project. You will review drawings, provide technical design support, and coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, survey, planning, and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 10+ years in civil design, preferably EPC/Oil & Gas, with strong AutoCAD knowledge and ADNOC/UAE/GCC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil design, preferably in EPC / Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant civil design software.
• Experience with ADNOC projects and UAE/GCC standards

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, specifications, IFC drawings, and engineering documents for site execution.
• Provide technical design support to site construction teams and resolve design-related issues.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, Technical Queries (TQs), method statements, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Survey, Planning, and subcontractors.
• Ensure civil works comply with ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and applicable international codes and standards.
• Monitor drawing revisions and design changes and ensure the latest approved documents are available at site.
• Support foundations, concrete works, roads, drainage, underground utilities, and other civil works.
• Assist with as-built drawings, MTOs/BOQs, inspections, and project handover documentation
