Job summary

Red Shield Contracting is seeking a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience on infrastructure projects in the UAE. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required and immediate joining is expected.

The candidate will oversee site execution and supervision on road and utilities works. You will read and interpret shop and IFC drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, supervise excavation, backfilling and compaction, and prepare daily progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage).
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Immediate joining is required.
• Strong knowledge of site execution and supervision.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of shop drawings and IFC drawings.
• Experience with road works, pavement layers, and utilities (water, sewer, stormwater).
• Experience with excavation, backfilling and compaction.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and site inspections.
• Ability to prepare daily reports and monitor site progress.
• Strong coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Valid UAE driving license.
