Job summary

Aujan Interiors is seeking a qualified Civil Resident Engineer to join our Engineering Consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and have 10-15 years of experience working with an Engineering Consultancy in Dubai.

You will be responsible for ensuring works are executed per approved regulations and timelines, coordinating with contractors and clients, and maintaining compliance with local authority regulations. A strong leadership and communication skill set is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of total experience in civil engineering.
• Mandatory prior experience with an Engineering Consultancy company in Dubai.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Unlimited certification/accreditation.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai local authority regulations (DM, RTA, Trakhees, etc., as applicable).
• Strong knowledge in contract administration.
• Proven experience in site supervision, coordination with Contractors, and Clients.
• Ability to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Unlimited certification/accreditation.
