• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

• Monitor construction activities against approved drawings, ITPs, and standards (ACI, ASTM, BS/EN).
• Review material certificates, test reports, and quality documentation.
• Conduct inspections for excavation, foundations, slabs, and structural elements.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and RFI logs.
• Coordinate with site teams and third parties to resolve quality issues.
• Report non-conformities and track corrective actions.

This role is critical to ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS/EN), and HSE requirements. The Civil QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting activities such as concrete, rebar, formwork, backfilling, and structural steel, reviewing quality documentation, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating with project teams to ensure high standards are maintained throughout execution.
