IRTH Group is seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality across construction projects, with a strong emphasis on steel fabrication, erection, and installation. The role involves reviewing ITPs, MR/WIR/NCRs, and coordinating with contractors and project teams to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in building construction or civil projects with steel works.
• Hands-on experience in steel fabrication, erection, welding inspection, bolted connections, alignment, and dimensional checks.
• Experience in reinforced concrete structures, foundations, and reinforcement inspections.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and UAE regulations; familiarity with CSWIP/AWS/BGAS certifications is a plus.
• Strong technical reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to quality and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor civil and structural activities with focus on steel fabrication, erection, bolting, welding, and related works.
• Review and verify ITPs, method statements, QC procedures, and inspection checklists.
• Witness and verify site/lab testing (concrete, reinforcing, welding, torque checks).
• Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and as-built documentation.
• Participate in quality meetings and site inspections with all stakeholders.
