Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech Civil) from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of core procurement experience within large-scale civil projects.
• Hands-on UAE construction market experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE supplier networks and local approvals.
• Passport validity and degree attestation required for UAE visa processing.
