The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years core procurement experience in UAE's construction market, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local approvals. UAE visa processing and benefits included.

• 5+ years of core procurement experience within large-scale civil projects.
• Hands-on UAE construction market experience is mandatory.
