Job summary

GEOSCIENCE TESTING LABORATORY in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Civil Lab Technician to conduct routine testing of soil, concrete, aggregate and other construction materials. You will prepare samples, perform tests as per standards, and maintain precise records.

You will assist engineers with testing, sampling and report preparation, while ensuring proper handling, storage and maintenance of laboratory equipment. A strong emphasis on safety and quality is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a civil materials testing laboratory preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine testing of soil, concrete, aggregate and other construction materials.
• Prepare samples and perform laboratory tests as per approved standards and procedures.
• Record test results accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.
• Assist engineers with testing, sampling and preparation of reports.
