Qualifications

• Experience in civil inspection within roads and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements such as RTA.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of QA and QC processes in construction environments.
• Good coordination and communication skills on site.
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents before site execution.
• Conduct site inspections for roads and infrastructure works to ensure compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, and equipment utilization on site.
• Maintain detailed daily records of inspections, materials, and work progress.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure proper execution of construction activities.
• Implement site instructions issued by Resident Engineer.
• Perform site measurements and verify pipe alignments and levels.
• Monitor QA and QC activities and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.
• Identify non-conforming works and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Support inspections and handover processes.
• Participate in client inspections and coordinate project activities.
• Track project milestones and ensure proper documentation.
