Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is seeking a process-oriented candidate to read and interpret basic documents and safety rules, wear PPE, and work in a climate-controlled environment. The role requires standing in heat, lifting up to 50 lbs, and reporting safety issues to supervisors.

A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of similar experience are expected. Overtime and standby may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a similar post.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
• Must wear long sleeves shirt, able to stand the heat, not history of allergies or other related substances, no breathing problems, must wear respiratory mask at all the time and must wear oxygen helmet while are painting.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 50 Pound (between 50 and 100 Pounds)
• Able to work in a team (Team – Orientated) and able to do overtime if the company requires.
• Able to work in a climate controlled environment.
• To comply with the relevant safety requirements and procedures outlined in the Aerodrome Operations Manual and Safety Management System and any other instructions or notices issued by Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
• To comply with the safety requirements detailed within their training.
• To advise their Head of Department and the Airport Duty Officer team of any safety occurrence or system failure and to identify and report any situation of potential risk or concern affecting safety via one of the following means.
• Report directly to the Safety Department or an immediate supervisor.
• Submitting an Accident/ Incident Report.
• Support safety audits as and investigations as they occur.

• Must wear long sleeves shirt , able to stand the heat , not history of allergies or other related substances , no breathing problems , must wear respiratory mask at all the time and must wear oxygen helmet while are painting.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 50 Pound (between 50 and 100 Pounds)
• Report to Supervisor any issues with the materials.
• Work in an organized manner, cleanliness is extremely important, because this is part of the safety too.
• Able to work in a team (Team – Orientated) and able to do overtime if the company requires.
• Able to work in a climate controlled environment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence
• Must be available for regular standby assignments and work scheduled off-hours and emergency overtime as required
