Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise civil works on a Dubai site. You will lead crews, allocate daily tasks, and monitor activities against drawings and project requirements.

Coordination with site engineers and contractors is essential for timely delivery. Applicants should have 5+ years in civil supervision, experience in construction/infrastructure projects, and preferably Oil & Gas exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman.
• Experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Oil & Gas project experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Must be medically fit for the project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil works at the project site.
• Lead workers and allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor construction activities as per drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other teams.
• Ensure proper execution of concrete, blockwork, plastering, excavation, and other civil works.
• Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues.
• Ensure work is completed safely and according to quality standards.
