Job summary

High Trust General Contracting and Transport LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Civil Engineer – Roads & Highways with a solid background in infrastructure and earthworks, and strong capabilities in planning and coordination.

You will plan, supervise, and review road construction works, coordinate surveys, prepare schedules, perform earthwork analysis, and assist in cost estimates and tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of road and earthwork experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project for planning.
• Familiarity with QA/QC and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise road and highway works including earthworks.
• Prepare construction drawings, method statements and specs.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with survey teams for setting out and alignment.
• Review earthwork quantities and material utilization.

Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Roads & Highways with a solid background in infrastructure and earthworks, and strong capabilities in project planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise road and highway infrastructure works, including earthworks, grading, subgrade preparation, and pavement construction.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, method statements, and technical specifications related to road and infrastructure projects.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure activities are executed according to approved plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with survey teams for setting out, levels, and alignment verification.
• Review and monitor earthwork quantities, including excavation, filling, compaction, and material utilization.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for road and earthwork projects.
• Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Support tender preparation and review technical submissions related to infrastructure works.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
