Job summary

Al Sahra Design is seeking skilled Civil BIM Modelers in the UAE for immediate joining. The role requires 3-4 years UAE/GCC experience and strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.

You will develop and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural works and collaborate across Architectural, Structural and MEP teams. Responsibilities include clash detection, model updates and producing shop drawings, sections and construction details aligned with BIM standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years UAE/GCC experience in Civil BIM Modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Develop and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural works.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
• BIM standards, modeling procedures and documentation knowledge.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination and model updates.
• Prepare BIM models, shop drawings, sections, elevations and construction details.
• Civil and Structural BIM Modeling using Revit.
• 3D modeling of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls and other structural elements.
• BIM modeling for concrete and steel structures.
• 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations and construction details.
• Development of coordinated BIM models from design and construction drawings.
• Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Coordination with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams.
• Shop drawings, as-built drawings and record models.
• Model updates and compliance with BIM standards.
• Quantity take-offs and model-based information extraction.
• Support for BIM coordination meetings and issue resolution.
• Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
• Visa candidates (Job Seeker, Visit, or Cancelled Employment) are highly preferred.
• Immediate joining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural works.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams to ensure model integrity.
• Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, and construction details from BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate updates as part of BIM process.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve modeling issues.
