Black & Grey HR in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Structure) to develop and coordinate structural BIM models for large construction projects in Dubai. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to BIM execution plans, and timely delivery of deliverables.

You will work with Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, collaborate across disciplines, and support project teams through clash detection, documentation, and model maintenance from early design to handover.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Proven BIM Modeler experience in construction/engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of structural detailing and reinforcement modeling.
• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection workflows.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
