Job summary

KEOLIS Dubai Metro is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide lifecycle management, asset performance monitoring, and technical assurance for civil structures across the network. You will assess conditions, investigate defects, and implement sustainable improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Projects and external partners to ensure safety, reliability and compliance with RAMS and governance requirements, contributing to long-term asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in large infrastructure projects or rail/metro environments.
• Minimum 3 years of stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge and application of RAMS, FRB and Change Management in projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil asset lifecycle management and governance across the Dubai Metro network.
• Investigate defects and assess asset condition to define sustainable engineering solutions.
• Support asset risk registers and long-term infrastructure planning.
• Develop and maintain civil engineering standards, specifications and maintenance principles.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Projects and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective handover.
• Lead engineering investigations into civil asset performance and degradation trends.
