Job summary

Arada in Dubai is seeking a Director of Strategy and Research to lead global real estate research and data initiatives. You will shape the research agenda, build an in-house data platform, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver timely, actionable insights to the executive team.

You will oversee external consultants, manage market intelligence, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for investments, partnerships and growth opportunities across multiple sectors including

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, real estate research, data strategy, or urban development, with leadership
Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Arada’s research agenda aligning with corporate strategy and opportunities.
Oversee market intelligence and build an in-house real-time data analysis platform.
Prepare RFPs and manage external consultants for feasibility and benchmarking studies.
Track macroeconomic developments and assess strategic impact on investments.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing research team.
