Job summary

Arada is seeking a Director of Strategy and Research to lead global research initiatives across real estate and adjacent sectors. You will build real-time data capabilities, oversee external consultants, and translate complex market insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field and 10+ years of experience, including 3 years in leadership, with strong UAE market knowledge and advanced BI tools proficiency.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, Data Science, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Excel; GIS, Python, or R a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Arada's research agenda aligned with corporate strategy.
Oversee market intelligence and build an in-house real-time data platform.
Prepare RFPs and manage external consultants.
Track policy and macro developments and analyze strategic impact.
Provide market inputs for investment decisions and reports.
Lead and develop a high-performing research team.
