Job summary

Arada is seeking a Senior Director – Internal Audit to lead and oversee the Group's Internal Audit function across all business units, subsidiaries, and corporate functions. You will develop a risk-based audit strategy, assess governance and controls, and propose actionable improvements to protect assets and enhance performance.

The role requires 18+ years in Internal Audit, including 7+ years in leadership, with strong experience in real estate or diversified groups and familiarity with ERP

Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive Internal Audit experience, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, property management, or diversified group environments.
• Exposure to ERP environments such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Group Internal Audit Strategy across all units.
• Lead the annual risk-based audit plan for approval by senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Provide independent assurance on governance, risk management, and internal control systems.
