Job summary

Black & Grey is partnering with a leading UAE-based organization to appoint a Chief Operating Officer (COO). This high‑impact executive will own the organization’s operational engine across EPC, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and related services, translating strategy into scalable delivery.

You will lead project delivery, procurement, supply chain, QHSE, governance and people leadership, ensuring safe, on‑time, on‑budget execution while building capabilities for growth across the UAE, GCC

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within project-driven, technically complex environments.
• At least 7 years in executive leadership with responsibility for multidisciplinary teams and client-facing duties.
• Proven track record delivering Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, EV Infrastructure and/or Engineering projects.
• Ownership of operational P&L, project delivery, procurement, supply chain, QHSE and overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company’s vision and plans into clear operational strategies and measurable objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement of operational processes, systems and capabilities across the organization.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence, accountability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project and service delivery, ensuring safety, quality, on-time and within-budget performance.
• Build organizational capability and leadership, including succession planning and development.
