Job summary

Tormac Marine is seeking a Chief Engineer (ADNOC Approved) to lead safe, efficient offshore machinery operation aboard DP2 offshore support assets off the UAE. The role requires ADNOC approval and extensive offshore experience.

You will oversee engine room teams, ensure ISM/SOLAS/MARPOL compliance, maintain PMS and reporting to Master and client, and coordinate safety drills. English fluency and STCW/COC certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be ADNOC approved as Chief Engineer.
• Valid COC (III/2) STCW Regulation.
• Minimum offshore experience of 5–7 years.
• Experience on DP2 vessels / offshore support vessels preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates, Passport and Seaman Book.
• Medically fit for offshore work.

Job Description:

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the safe efficient and environmentally compliant operation and maintenance of all machinery systems and equipment onboard. The role requires ADNOC approval and extensive experience in offshore operations ensuring all engine room activities meet ADNOC and international standards.

Requirements

• Must be ADNOC approved as Chief Engineer
• Valid COC (III/2) STCW Regulation
• Minimum 5 7 years of offshore experience
• Experience on DP2 vessels / offshore support vessels preferred
• Valid STCW certificates Passport and Seaman Book
• Medically fit and able to work in offshore conditions
