Job summary

Dubai Foundation is seeking a visionary Head of Education to spearhead learning and development initiatives across its colleges and schools. You will shape a high-performance culture through innovative programs and strategic leadership.

You will build and lead a team of L&D professionals, design and deliver programs, and manage the education budget while staying current with industry trends. The role offers tax-free Dubai compensation and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in learning and development.
Proven track record designing and implementing successful training programs.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with LMS and data-driven training effectiveness assessment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive education and training strategy aligned with the foundation's objectives.
Design and deliver engaging learning programs across all colleges and schools.
Identify current and future training needs nationally and develop programs to address them.
Build and lead a high-performing team of L&D professionals.
Develop and manage the education and training budget effectively.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in L&D.
