• Generate deal flow and identify promising investment opportunities by analyzing relevant macroeconomic and industry trends in line with the firm’s investment mandate.
• Oversee the entire investment process, including screening potential investments, performing detailed due diligence, presenting recommendations to the investment committee, monitoring portfolio company performance, and managing exit strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of investment professionals to enhance overall team capabilities.
• Prepare and present well-founded investment proposals, confidently defending them to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment transactions successfully.
• Deep understanding of diverse business models and key value drivers across various industries.
