Quanterra Group is seeking a dynamic Chief Investment and Business Development Officer to lead investment strategy and drive client acquisition in the UAE. The role requires a robust network across financial institutions and a proven track record of expanding distribution channels for alternative debt products.

The ideal candidate will manage investor relations, oversee strategic partnerships, and guide regulatory interactions while aligning internal teams to corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial investment, securitization, or related fields with a focus on client acquisition and partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and market analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of fixed-income products and GCC financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relations & Client Acquisition: Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and lending clients to onboard investors for our Fixed Income platform.
• Business Development & Distribution: Identify and establish partnerships with banks, asset managers, and financial institutions; lead development of distribution channels.
• Investment Strategy & Client Engagement: Oversee investment activities, review product strategies, and provide investor-focused communications via FAQs and KIDs.
• Market Insights & Reporting: Monitor capital market developments and provide actionable insights to inform business strategy.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a robust sales/marketing strategy for alternative debt products; expand market reach.
• Stakeholder & Regulatory Management: Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and service providers to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
