Reach Group seeks a seasoned Head of IT Security to shape and drive enterprise security strategy from Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will oversee threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and local data-protection rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide IT security strategies, policies, and frameworks.
• Oversee threat detection, vulnerability management, and security incident response.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and data protection regulations.
• Lead security risk assessments, audits, and mitigation initiatives.
• Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning from a security perspective.
• Lead, mentor, and develop security teams while promoting a security-conscious culture.
