You will oversee treasury, cash flow, consolidation, budgets, multi-year plans, forecasts and reporting for Founders and the Board, ensuring compliance with Corporate Tax and VAT.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience as CFO or senior financial leader in F&B.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional certification (CPA/CMA/CA).
• Fluency in Arabic and excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

A leading, privately-owned F&B Holding Group is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reporting to the Group CEO, the CFO will manage the complete financial health of the holding company and its multi-brand subsidiaries.

We need a financial leader who goes beyond traditional reporting to act as a true strategic partner to the CEO and Founders — one who can translate complex financial data into clear business decisions that fuel our growth and expansion ambitions.

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities

The CFO will oversee and optimize all financial operations, treasury, and cash flow management across the holding group and its subsidiaries, preparing consolidated financial statements and comprehensive management reports for the Founders and Board of Directors. This role requires developing robust annual budgets, multi-year financial plans, and accurate forecasting models, while ensuring absolute compliance with financial regulations including Corporate Tax and VAT requirements. The CFO will lead aggressive cost control and profitability improvement initiatives across the portfolio, evaluate the financial viability and ROI of new investments and branch expansions, and manage critical relationships with external auditors, legal counsel, banking partners, and financial advisors.

Must-Have Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a 15 years of experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within the F&B industry across the country, holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. A recognized professional accounting certification (CPA, CMA, or CA) is mandatory. Deep, practical knowledge of Corporate Tax law and VAT regulations is essential, as is proven expertise in multi-entity financial consolidation and group-level reporting for privately-held entities. Fluency in Arabic and an excellent command of English are required.
