Job summary

Brainstorm Human Resources Consultants seeks a senior leader to oversee mobility and ITS programs in the UAE. The role covers end-to-end delivery of signalized intersections, adaptive traffic control, VMS, CCTV and tunnel ITS deployments, with a strong emphasis on performance, governance and client satisfaction.

• Drive client relationships, governance and long-term growth of mobility and ITS programs.
• Oversee O&M services, SLAs, risk management and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Brief of Mobility Activities:

• Turn-key delivery (supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance) and management of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects for signalized intersections including all associated hardware, adaptive traffic control software solutions, Variable message signs, traffic monitoring devices, traffic data collection device deployment, CCTV surveillance systems etc.
• Full scale deployment of Intelligent Transportation Systems for tunnel environment as life-safety critical systems including variable message signs, public address systems, access control systems, over-height vehicle detection systems, tunnel management (SCADA) systems etc.
• Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services of ITS infrastructure, ensuring system availability, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault response, emergency maintenance and SLA compliance as per local authority requirements.
• Deployment of communication systems including network management systems, fiber optic cable networks and relevant field ITS systems.
• Management of major project execution, upgrades, replacements and system enhancement programs for Abu Dhabi Mobility and other strategic clients.
• Development of new technology and business opportunities in areas such as AI-based detection, smart mobility, V2X/CCAM, digital twins, IoT and smart infrastructure.
• Coordination with technology partners, OEMs and solution providers to introduce innovative and locally relevant mobility solutions.
• Strengthening client relationships, technical governance, project performance and team capability to support long-term growth in the mobility and ITS sector.
