Job summary

Rebel Recruiters seeks a Head of Electrical to shape the future of a next-generation eVTOL programme in the UAE. You will lead the electrical function from the ground up, building the team and setting the plan for delivery while coordinating with the Chief Engineer.

In this formative role you’ll own cost, plan, and supplier delivery, with hands-on involvement in load analysis, wiring, harness design, and PLM integration to drive the programme toward hardware and test readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in aircraft electrical systems.
• At least 5 years on airborne programmes with real installation delivery.
• Experience building and leading technical teams including recruiting engineers.
• Experience delivering electrical wiring interconnection systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the electrical organisation, recruiting Principal and Senior specialists as the programme grows.
• Set delivery plan and integrate into the wider programme with clear dependencies.
• Establish electrical data and tooling capability to support the programme.
• Oversee harness design, routing, wiring data management, and PLM interfaces.
• Hands-on leadership across load analysis, architecture and installation in early phases.
• Manage electrical equipment suppliers and long-lead commitments.
