Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) in the UAE seeks a senior leader to define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, governance, and industrialization at scale. You will own AI platforms, partnerships, risk controls, and executive sponsorship to accelerate AI-driven transformation across the bank.

The role collaborates with business, technology, data, risk, and external partners to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of defining and executing enterprise AI strategy with measurable value.
• Experience advising at C-suite/board levels on AI priorities and investment trade-offs.
• Ability to design scalable AI operating models (CoE / Factory / federated squads).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise AI vision and strategy across the organization.
• Transform strategy into a practical playbook and governance model for AI delivery at scale.
• Oversee AI lifecycle from use-case prioritization to deployment and value realization.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Security to operationalise responsible AI.
