Marriott Hotel Production City, Dubai is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to join its Finance team in a full‑time, on‑site capacity. The role focuses on managing financial operations, reporting, controls and leading the accounting team within a luxury hospitality setting.

The successful candidate will oversee accounting functions, support financial planning, ensure UAE accounting compliance, and contribute to accurate financial reporting. Marriott systems knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within 5-star hotels in the UAE.
• Strong background in hotel finance and accounting operations.
• Experience with month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting practices and financial controls.
• Experience managing and guiding accounting teams.
• Knowledge of hotel accounting systems and processes.
• Marriott brand experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.
