About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chemistry & Biology Teacher/Tutor to join an established academic training institute in Dubai.

The successful candidate will deliver personalised, results-focused tutoring to students following international curricula, including IB Diploma Programme (IBDP), Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel AS/A Levels, IGCSE, GCSE, AP, and other major international qualifications.

This is a full-time, in-person position suited to an educator with strong subject knowledge, extensive international-curriculum experience, and a proven ability to improve students' understanding, confidence, and examination performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised one‑on‑one and small‑group tutoring in Chemistry and Biology.
• Teach students preparing for IBDP, AS/A Levels, IGCSE, GCSE, AP, and other international qualifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, General Science, Education, or a closely related field from a recognised university.
• Postgraduate qualifications and relevant teaching certifications will be preferred.
• Proven professional experience teaching or tutoring Chemistry and Biology.
• Hands‑on experience teaching or tutoring IB Diploma Programme Chemistry and Biology.
• Strong experience teaching both IB Standard Level (SL) and Higher Level (HL) content is preferred.
• Proven experience teaching Cambridge International and Pearson Edexcel AS/A Level Chemistry and Biology.
• Solid experience preparing students for relevant AP examinations.
• Familiarity with IGCSE and GCSE Chemistry and Biology across Cambridge, Edexcel, AQA, or OCR.

Training & Selection Process

All newly selected teachers are required to successfully complete an in‑house training programme before joining the teaching faculty.

The training will be conducted by senior academic faculty and will focus on:

Training Duration: 3–7 days, depending on the candidate's progress and assessment.

Important: The training programme is unpaid.

Upon successful completion of the training programme and meeting the required performance standards, the candidate will be appointed as a full‑time Chemistry & Biology Teacher and placed on the company's payroll at the Dubai centre.

Working Hours

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday–Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly off (subject to change based on business requirements)
