Job summary

Zohorecruit in UAE is seeking a talented food product professional to drive menu innovation for GCC cloud kitchens, aligning with brand DNA while adapting to local tastes.

You will lead recipe engineering, establish specs, SOPs and quality controls, collaborate with QA, ops, procurement, and cloud kitchen partners to scale from lab to batch.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt Indian, Asian, fast-food or fusion menu items for GCC cloud kitchens while aligning with UAE tastes.
• Write precise specs, portion sizes and SOPs for consistent production across cloud, central, or outsourced kitchens.
• Lead tasting panels, document feedback, and ensure taste, texture and visual consistency.
• Partner with procurement to select suppliers, manage costs, shelf-life and scalability.
• Develop SOPs for prep, cooking, assembly, packaging and dispatch; train staff and audit kitchens.

Job description

• 1. Product Innovation - Create Indian, Asian, fast‑food or fusion menu items for cloud kitchens in the GCC; adapt to UAE/GCC tastes while keeping brand DNA.
• 2. Recipe Engineering - Write precise specs, portion sizes and SOPs that can be reproduced consistently across cloud, central or outsourced kitchens; understand retort, frozen, preservative‑based and hot‑fill processes.
• 3. Sensory & Quality - Lead tasting panels, document feedback, and ensure taste, texture and visual consistency; work with QA and ops for repeatable quality.
• 4. Supply Chain - Partner with procurement to select suppliers, control costs, shelf‑life and scalability; scale recipes from lab to batch with central kitchen and co‑packers.
• 5. Cloud Kitchen Ops - Develop SOPs for prep, cooking, assembly, packaging and dispatch; train staff and audit kitchens for compliance.
