We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of creative dishes and leading the kitchen team.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. They should have a passion for delivering top-notch dishes to customers and excellent leadership skills. The ability to work well under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present innovative dishes according to the standards set by the restaurant
• Manage the kitchen staff including delegating tasks and ensuring all members of the team follow health and safety standards
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, correctly stored and correctly rotated
• Manage stock levels, anticipate future needs and order supplies accordingly
• Monitor portion size and presentation of all dishes served
• Liaise with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth running of service during busy periods
• Actively participate in menu planning
