Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Vietnamese culinary professional to join our high-altitude outlet. You will assist in delivering brand promises and exceptional guest service across stations, while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include guest inquiries handling, reporting issues to supervisors, and ensuring adherence to hotel and environmental procedures. A culinary degree and experience in similar roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in a similiar role preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Requires moderate supervision and training.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) standards and ability to comply with HRDCH environmental management procedures.
