Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced culinary professional to participate in preparing menu items to guest orders, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes. You will set up stations for breakfast, lunch or dinner, start ahead items, and supervise kitchen staff to uphold standards.

The role requires training, motivation and discipline of team members, plus maintaining cleanliness and food safety across all equipment and stations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards.
• Set up station for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time and manage portions to meet estimated needs.
• Train, motivate, recommend discipline and supervise the work of kitchen staff to meet standards.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment including fryers, broilers, ovens, steamers and more.
