Job summary

BEAMS Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen at ZUIKOAN in Abu Dhabi. You will personally prepare, plate and dessert finish, leading kitchen activity during shifts as a hands-on senior member of the team.

This role requires 3+ years in kitchen, bakery, pâtisserie or café operations, food safety/HACCP training, and functional English. You’ll coach staff, uphold HACCP standards and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in kitchen, bakery, pâtisserie or café operations.
• Functional English communication is required.
• HACCP training and food safety knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Personally perform thawing, preparation, fruit cutting, plating and cleaning.
• Prepare and decorate desserts using approved cream-piping standards.
• Lead through active participation and support routine production work.
• Coordinate tasks, preparation timing and kitchen handovers.
• Check portions, temperature, presentation and product condition.
• Reinforce HACCP, allergen, hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Demonstrate techniques and coach Kitchen Staff constructively.
• Act as the senior kitchen operator during temporary manager absence.
