Job summary

Metafoodies Group in Dubai is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to take ownership of a station (grill, sauce, pastry or cold kitchen) and craft dishes to the brand's exact recipes and presentation standards.

You will coordinate with other sections during service, train Commis Chefs, keep a clean, well-stocked station, and have opportunities to grow across Bisou, ALBA Restaurant, ALBA Street and Himitsu within Downtown Dubai.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar station-chef role.
• Proven expertise in a specific cuisine relevant to Bisou, ALBA, or Himitsu's menus.
• Good knife skills and knowledge of proper food handling and storage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of an assigned section (e.g. grill, sauce, pastry, or cold kitchen)
• Prepare and execute dishes to the brand's exact recipes and presentation standards
• Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth, timely ticket flow during service
• Train and guide Commis Chefs working within the section
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station at all times
