Job summary

Metafoodies Group in Dubai is seeking a capable Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations across sections and to supervise Chef de Partie and Commis Chef teams during service.

You will ensure consistent plating, portioning, and quality, manage stock levels and HACCP hygiene, and lead with clear communication under pressure during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and communication to guide junior staff.
• Valid food safety/hygiene certification.
