Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Chef de Partie — Asian Cuisine to join our culinary team. You will assist in delivering the brand promise and outstanding guest service across all dining outlets, while contributing to station work and menu execution.

The candidate should have a Culinary degree or related hotel experience, be able to perform basic and intermediate cooking tasks, and handle multiple kitchen stations with moderate supervision and training requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Requires moderate supervision and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist culinary staff in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and report issues if no immediate solution is found and assure follow up with guests.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel, company, and local rules relating to fire safety, hazard safety, and security.
