Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Chef de Partie to join our luxury hotel kitchen. You will supervise the assigned station, ensure high-quality, consistent dishes, and maintain Hyatt standards with professional service.

Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in hotels or large restaurants is required; luxury brand exposure is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety, and Arabic cuisine, are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Experience with luxury international brands preferred.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Arabic Speaker & Hands on with Arabic Cuisine is a must

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.

The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partiein a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.

Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
